The Cantor Keyboard is a diodeless low-cost split ergonomic mechanical keyboard designed by diepala and further modified by JellyTitan in the Cantor MX version.

Note: The switches need to be soldered onto the keyboard board, as the keyboard does not have hot-swappable sockets.

Description

The Cantor Keyboard is a diodeless low-cost split ergonomic mechanical keyboard designed by diepala and further modified by JellyTitan in the Cantor MX version.

Features

  • 42 / 36 keys – pinky column can be snapped off
  • Compatible with standard spacing keycaps, as opposed to the choc spacing keycaps in Cantor Classic
  • Support both Choc v1 and Choc v2 switches, as well as MX switches

The Wired Cantor MX DIY kit includes

  • A set of Cantor MX PCB
  • 2 x WeAct BlackPill controllers (The controllers are tested & pre-flashed with VIAL firmware.)
  • 4 x Controllers pins
  • 2 x TRRS jacks
  • 1 x TRRS cable

* You will need a cable to connect the keyboard to your computer.

Important

  • You will need soldering tools to build this keyboard.
  • The switches need to be soldered onto the keyboard board, as the keyboard does not have hot-swappable sockets.
