Chocotako44 is a modified version of Choctopus44 by SlightHeadache which is a fork of Reviung41 keyboard.

The pre-soldered Wireless Chocotako44 keyboard includes

  • The components are soldered on the PCB, including
    • nice!nano controller (controller is socketed)
    • battery socket
    • power switch
    • diodes
    • rotary encoder
    • Kailh Choc hotswap sockets
  • Sockets are added to the controller
  • A aluminium rotary knob
  • Pre-flashed with ZMK firmware

Important

  • Battery Requirement: This keyboard does not ship with batteries. Please purchase a  301230 or 401230 batteries with JST-PH connectors and the correct polarity from local stores.
  • Switch Compatibility: Supports Kailh Choc v1 key switches only. Choc v2 key switches are not supported.
  • Firmware & Keymap Configuration:
    • Requires compiling ZMK firmware using command-line tools or GitHub Actions.
    • QMK and QMK Toolbox are not supported in this wireless version.
  • DIY Assembly Required: Assembly of the case and keycaps must be done manually using a screwdriver.
